For either of these interfaces to be useful a user needs to understand what exactly the Options Framework Internal Container is. While that name is perfectly fine for internal use, it might be more clear to call it "Theme Options Media", "Options Framework", or something along those lines that gives a user an idea of what they are manipulating."
